Using this pillow during pregnancy was tried out by someone in my family who is currently pregnant and is due in 5 weeks, so this was much needed for them.

From a feeding point of view, someone else within the family tried the pillow out and the review is based on what they explained to me.

I also give my personal review based on using the pillow when feeding the baby and the product itself based on everything else including quality and comfort.

This is a great 2 in 1 pillow, from during pregnancy to when baby is born. I have written this review in 2 separate sections to reflect this.

DURING PREGNANCY
We know what it is like trying to get comfortable and sleep later in pregnancy, those sleepless nights, discomfort, feeling tired and uncomfortable to name but a few, so when a product comes along and claims to ‘help provide that level of comfort that allows a sound sleep!’ (Quoted from the company’s website), this could not wait to be tried by a family member and she was not disappointed in it at all.

She explained that the shape of this pillow is perfect and moulds comfortably around the tummy and most importantly of all, it also supports your knees, and back, which anyone knows, can take a real strain on you during your pregnancy. The part of the pillow that wraps round and supports the back is a god send she said, it is very supportive and comfortable, especially when moving over on to her back.

Personally for me doing the review, I am a holistic therapist and knowing the best way to sleep, not just from a digestive, intestine and colon perspective but also with pregnancy, it is always better to lay on your left side as this is the best position for your baby. She also explained that there was also a noticeable change in how much it helped with her hips (please note, she / I am not a doctor and therefore, should you require help with regards to your sleeping and sleeping positions, always consult your doctor).

From a couple of hours sleep to 4-6 hours solid sleep; she said it has made a huge difference and the only reason for waking up was due to having to visit the bathroom, nothing will help with the bladder control when it comes to baby and being pregnant LOL. She honestly, cannot believe what a difference this pillow makes and cannot sleep without it now. The pillow is genius and sleeping has never been so restful, comfortable, and delightful. It wraps around you, your baby bump so beautifully and is so very comfortable and the best part about it is, once baby arrives, you can use it to help you and baby whilst feeding.

What I love about this pillow is the fact that unlike other pillows, this has no nasty chemical smells which is very re-assuring.

AFTER PREGNANCY WHEN FEEDNG BABY
Trialled by another family member, they said that this has to be one of the best pillows to help you support baby and when feeding. It wraps round you when seated and then tucks over at the front where you then rest baby ready for feeding. Not only is it supporting baby and makes it easier to feed but really helps to support your back too. I tried the pillow out when holding and feeding baby and to be honest, you do not have to use the pillow just for feeding, it really does make a difference when holding baby, it is so comfortable and it is like both you and baby feeling like ‘a snug as a bug in a rug’ but a pillow instead LOL…. Honestly, I cannot explain the difference this pillow makes when it comes to support and comfort.

WASHING AND CARING FOR YOUR BABY CARRIER
Based on the label and symbols on it, only the cover can be washed but not the pillow. Do this by removing the pillow cover and hand wash only and then air dry.

With regard to washing the pillow, I just soaked it in a mild solution of washing detergent with Luke warm water. It was only to freshen it up more than anything as.
