Doing Lisa Johnson’s Race To Recurring Revenue Free Of Charge Challenge For The First Time – Day Two
As those of you who read my blog post of yesterday will know, for the first time ever I am taking part in Lisa’s Johnsons Race To Recurring Revenue Free Of Charge Challenge. I have heard so many great things about Lisa’s One To Many program. I woke up this morning eager to see what day two of the challenge would bring.
Day Two Facebook Live with Lisa Johnson
At 10am today I did not feel ready to tackle my day, so I ended up watching today’s video this evening along with Lisa’s evening catch up Facebook live. The video was quick and easy to find and once again was the perfect length to keep me engaged, clear and informative. As well as the Facebook group having the guides section, you can also catch up with the challenge tasks by visiting a certain page of Lisa’s website which is well written and well structured. I noted down some things while I was watching the video and then completed the task afterwards as I do tend to procrastinate at times. Today’s task thread was easy to find and I was able to mark tasks I have completed as ‘done’ on Facebook which is a big help and avoiding confusion about where I am up to. I am neurodivergent and can tend to feel overwhelmed by tasks, but I like how Lisa has broken the challenge down into manageable pieces.
Day One Mindset Facebook Live
I took the time this evening to watch Renee’s mindset video of yesterday. It was so helpful. Whilst I on the whole feel that I have a positive mindset, doubt and worry can sneak into my mind at times and I find Renee’s videos really helpful. Renee is very relatable too. I haven’t yet managed to watch much of today’s mindset Facebook Live that Renee did, but I know that it’s available in the guides section of the challenge Facebook group ready for when I watch it tomorrow.
Future events
I took some time to have a look in the events section of the challenge facebook group today and was delighted to see that after the initial 4 days of being set tasks, there is a Masterclass next Monday evening on ZOOM as well as an event next Wednesday and Friday.
What do I think of the challenge so far?
I am blown away with the value that Lisa and her team are providing. I have learnt so much already and now have a better understanding of how much of a difference mindset can make. Whilst I generally have a positive mindset and I am very determined and resilient, over the years I have quite a list of negative thoughts that have popped into my head at times. I am really enjoying taking part in the challenge and find the community within the challenge Facebook group really supportive and helpful. I think it’s great that Lisa has been coming back into the challenge Facebook group in an evening because of people based in a different time zone. I am really excited to hear about Lisa’s One To Many Program during Monday evening’s masterclass which takes place via ZOOM. Doing One To Many isn’t within my business budget this year, but I plan to put what I learn during this free challenge into action with the hope that it’ll be a catalyst for business income growth. Whilst I have not personally experienced Lisa’s One To Many program, I personally know several people who have and I have heard from them what a difference it has made to their lives both business wise and personally. I hope to make enough business income this year so that I would have the option of doing One To Many next year.
