This Shape sorter toy is inspired by nature with its beautiful colours and shape, made of 80% recycled plastic. To discover their first baobab, they have a colourful one at their fingertips! My granddaughter struggles a little with placing the pieces into the correct holes but I guess this will improve as she gets older. The pieces are rather small so supervision is recommended. When she shakes the product, you can hear the rings hitting each other and the balls that move inside the owl so she thoroughly enjoys shaking it but again, she is rather young so supervision is required as she can easily hit her head and face with the product which is made from hard plastic. This sorter toy is made in the shape of a beautiful baobab, and is targeted to stimulate manual activities and young children’s tactile exploration. With all the textures and animals on the tree’s shapes and rings, as well as the sliding rings, babies will enjoy feeling, touching, and putting the shapes in the correct holes to develop manual coordination and cognitive skills. In a world where technology is moving at such a rapid speed, it is so important to remember that small children learn the quickest through play. This toy allows for those all-important brain connections to establish.
