Although this item is targeted for a younger audience, it was fun having a go with stacking the stones on my own! My own children had a go too so it really does inspire all ages! In addition to the fact that it’s made from 80% recycled plastic, this stackable, nature-inspired and environmentally friendly toy also contributes to caring for the planet. The Stone Balance ECO + Chicco provides hours of fun for your child as they stack the 5 coloured stones, one on top of the other, or at random, one after another. It gives them an opportunity to develop their creativity, manual coordination, and cognitive skills in a fun and easy way!
My granddaughter thoroughly enjoys finding new ways to stack her stones. She loves stacking and knocking them down, stacking and knocking down! The fake stones are well balanced and easy to handle. Unlike other stacking stones, these stones do have a small raised area on the top surface which allows for easier balance as little hands are still learning how to navigate with balancing uneven shapes. This fit however makes it impossible for the child to place the pieces however they want. The stones are rather light, and because of this, any touch causes the pieces to detach. But as these are light, it makes it easy to take with you on outings to the park or friends so others can share in the fun. The five stones are also all different colours so provides more opportunity for learning. These are also easy to wash and keep clean as young children do tend to feel things with their tongues at this age. 80% of the packaging of Chicco Stone Balance ECO + is made from recycled plastic, which means it is safe and environmentally friendly. Each section was individually wrapped and the box is very sturdy so you are guaranteed that your product will arrive at your door in perfect condition.
