BioMiracle Stardust Face Masks Review

Reviewed by Debbie Talbot

My teenage daughter and her friends regularly use face masks. They regularly discuss which beauty products they have bought. She particularly loves those that look pretty and interesting. We were therefore delighted to be sent 2 to try out.

The first item we received was a BioMiracle Skin Therapy Stardust Unicorn Bubble Mask. This came in such pretty packaging. I love the combination of colours which the company have come up with for the front of the packaging and the bubble look. The back of the pack has an application guide and other useful information about use of the product. Being a lover of natural products, I was relieved to see that this face mask contained no paraben or phenoxyethanol. It’s suitable for all skin types, perfect for those people, who like me, sometimes have changeable skin. When I find a product that I like, I do tend to try and stick to it. The packaging states that the bubble mask promotes collagen to keep skin fresh and firm. The sheet treatment style of the mask was so simple for my daughter to apply to her face. It looked so cool on too, not dull and boring at all. The package itself weighs only 20g and so would be perfect for taking away on a pampering weekend. I think that the price of £3 makes this product accessible for teenagers to buy the product out of their weekly or monthly allowance.

So how did it work? My daughter found this product easy to remove. My daughter’s skin felt rejuvenated, clean and clear after use. I couldn’t really comment on the youthful aspect as she is 14 years old and I am her 45 year old mum in need of some youthfulness. 5/5 for quality and value is the rating I give this product.

The second item we were sent to try out was a BioMiracle Stardust with Glitter Detoxifying Peel-off Mask. This attractive looking sachet style product has a stunning back and white glittery look to It front and back. The product weighs 30g, so like with the other face mask is extremely portable and would be a great treat to take with you on a pampering weekend. The mask contains activated charcoal which helps give you clearer skin which is both smoother and detoxified. The back of the packaging has instructions for use and some info about precautions.

Before using this product, my daughter had to rub the surface of the pouch to ensure that the contents mixed together properly. She also made sure to cleanse her face before applying the mask thinly but evenly. It took about 15-20 minutes to completely dry. She was a bit apprehensive about peeling it of slowly from the bottom of her face rather than pulling it off quickly, but this worked well. At that then remained to do was to rinse her face thoroughly so that any residue disappeared.

My daughter found this mask easy to apply and remove. It looked great on too, far from the boring look of some other face masks. It really works well on the skin’s pores. I would rate this product 5/5 as, once again, at £4.99 it is priced to be affordable for teenagers using their allowance. That said, I think as a 40 something mum I would love using this product too.

In conclusion, both products were great fun to try out, easy to use and affordable in price. We cannot wait to try out more products from the BioMiracle range.
