BAO Skincare Radiance Face Scrub Review

My skin has always been super sensitive and I’ve had to be really careful about which products I use. Even then, I have to be careful how often I use any product that could be harsh if used regularly. Needless to say, this product has surprised me in many ways! The online information states that this product is a gentle exfoliating scrub that brightens and softens skin instantly, revealing a smoother, more radiant complexion. And that was exactly my experience. I only used a very small amount to start with and I could immediately feel the scrub (made with natural jojoba grains which are not scratchy or damaging to your epidermis) sweep away dead skin cells, leaving my skin clear without being irritated. The nourishing shea butter soothes and hydrates to help keep your complexion dewy and happy. For a small product, it definitely has the powerful punch one requires from a face scrub! Even after I apply moisturiser, I often struggle with dry patches and I have not experienced this at all with this potent product! 

Benefits include reducing pigmentation and it also evens skin tone. It leaves you with a smoother and softer complexion which was very true in my case. It reduces fine lines and wrinkles which is great for ageing skin. 

It clears and brightens skin and helps to repair dry skin by gentle removing flakey skin which is like a magic potion for my very dry skin.

HOW TO USE

EVENING

STEP 1 – After cleansing your face, you take a small amount on your fingers and massage all over your face.

STEP 2 – To feel more scrubby use on dry skin, for less scrubby feeling use on wet skin. But it is gently enough to use 2-4 times a week. 

STEP 3 – Either rinse off with water or remove with a warm damp flannel. I prefer warm water as a flannel feels like I’m just wiping it over my face and not clearing it off. 

The 30ml comes in a fully recyclable glass jar with aluminium lid. 

The 60ml comes in a fully recyclable glass jar with aluminium lid.
