The bottle resembles a wine bottle but has an extremely long neck.  The cream, black and red label is very attractive.

I have always avoided Olive Oil, or any oil for that matter, in any shape or form, despite my husband constantly telling me “Olive Oil is very good for you!”  I usually dry fry in a non stick pan.

Tonight was different!!!  First I heated a small amount of olive oil in a pan and put in thin slices of red onion.  I then added a slice of Irish Beef Steak.  Usually I can’t stand the smell of hot oil, but all I could smell was the steak and onion cooking. My mouth was watering!!!

I then decided to be very adventurous ~ I mixed equal quantities of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar with a little salt and black pepper to make a dressing for the jacket potato I had decided to have with my meal. This also was something new for me.

It was all delicious!!  The onion, much to my surprise was not greasy, and there was no greasy after taste left in my mouth. I even enjoyed the dressing I had made for the jacket potato.

I am converted!!! I can thoroughly recommend Aranda Olive Oil!!!
