Go2 Inhaler Sticks Review

I received 4 inhaler sticks through the post from Go2; Energy, Focus, B.Calm and Sleep. The packaging was impressive and colourful and even came with a live loving, sporty looking magazine. Although this enhanced my joy like opening any big box, when the 4 inhaler sticks are all unpacked you realise how much extra cardboard and materials have been unnecessarily used to create this effect. The individual sticks by themselves are the size of a lipstick.  

I like the idea they are small enough to carry around with you. The design of the stick is good and the various colours are ones you associate with the feeling that it is designed to help you with. I love the fact these are natural, using 100% natural essential oils rather than ingredients that could be harmful or cause other side effects. I like the ingredients on the back of the individual boxes explaining which essential oils are in the sticks and exactly what they do in order to create the desired effect. It is also good that these are printed on the sticks as well, handy for when friends asked what on earth I was doing and questioned what was in them.

I do however wish I’d given the instructions a little more attention after using the sleep inhaler slouching in bed one night and noticed some liquid coming out my nose. I’d snorted the oils straight up my nose and down the back of my throat, I was burping lavender, retching and coughing for quite sometime. I could feel it for days so yes, I recommend actually reading the instructions and taking note!

They are so natural I even let me children of 9 year old and 11 year old use them.  The packaging advises children aged 6 and above and after reading the clean and pure ingredients I was more than happy for them to try them out. They really enjoyed them and often ask for the focus stick for school or energy stick when it’s getting towards the end of the week and they are tired. We had a sleepover for my son’s birthday and as it approached 10 o’clock and they were still bouncing off the walls I suggested they tried the lavender stick… it worked! They seemed calmer and were all asleep within the hour. Needless to say, I inhaled a fair amount of the energy stick the next day!  

I have also used the B.calm stick on stressful school mornings, whether it was a placebo affect or the essential oils made a difference we did actually have some calm mornings last week without me feeling stressed and shouting after prompting the children several times to put their shoes on or the et dressed. 

Overall, I would definitely recommend the sticks to all. At £3.99 each I feel they are reasonably priced and would last quite sometime. They are easy to carry, discrete and small enough to put in your pocket or handbag. As a family we will definitely be buying these again.
