Brewers Fayre Bognor Regis Review

Reviewed by Emma Booth

Me and my family have just got back from a lovely meal at Brewers Fayre in Bognor Regis. There was plenty of parking along the seafront just opposite the restaurant which is free after 6 o’clock.

This was our first visit to any Brewers Fayre restaurant and upon arrival we saw a sign saying to find a table and order at the bar it was fairly quiet and was nice to be able to choose where to sit, so we chose a table not far from the soft play area so we could keep an eye on our daughter.

The soft play went down well and we could barely get our daughter out to eat her food but she had a great time making friends and playing.

My daughter had a three course meal with garlic bread for starters, pizza for main with huge pieces of pineapple and plenty of cheese and sweet corn topping and 3 mini doughnuts for pudding that came with chocolate sauce and sprinkles for dipping. The children’s menu had plenty of choices and a variety to suit all tastes. My partner and myself both had the Chef’s Counter which is a different buffet every day with tonight (Thursday) being an Indian curry night. There was a variety of different curries ranging from mild to hot with plain and garlic naan breads and vegetable samosas and plain and pillia rice. You are left free to help yourself and can always go up for seconds. I tried a bit of all curries my favourite being the chicken tikka masala. My partner made full use of the all you can eat and had a second plate full with poppadum’s and mango chutney and a minty yogurty sauce.

All the food tasted freshly cooked and was full of flavour so we decided to have pudding as well all the puddings were displayed in a revolving display case so you could see exactly what pudding took your fancy , I had the Oreo cookie pie with squirty cream which was delicious and my partner decided to have a banana split with 3 yummy flavours of ice cream, squirty cream a banana with cherries on top.

We all had a lovely relaxed evening meal, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and we really felt well looked after. All the facilities were clean and tidy. Brewers Fayre have a variety of meal deals and offers at different times of the day but the food is extremely reasonably priced anyway, and for regular visitors to Brewers Fayre they also do a bonus card so that every time you visit you earn points which earns money off your next meal plus a free main meal on your birthday.

Being right on the seafront after our meal we left feeling rather full and went for a walk along the beach looking for shells a perfect end to a great evening.

We would highly recommend especially if you are looking for somewhere to eat for Father’s Day.
