The Very Hungry Caterpillar Soft Book by Eric Carle Review

The Very Hungry Caterpillar is one of those things I loved when I was growing up and I got a few bits when my now 7 year old daughter was small.

I was delighted to receive this soft book for my little men.  It comes in minimal packaging which is a good thing and I was also delighted to see that it is BPA & Phthalate free. It can be used from birth. My boys are fascinated with the texture of the book and the crinkly sound it makes. It has just enough pages to keep them interested but not too many and the caterpillar hook makes it easy to attach to a buggy.

What I like best is that it teaches numbers from an early age.
