As any parent will tell you, babies/kids ain’t cheap! That’s why I’m always on the look out for things that I know I’ll get a lot of use out of, things of good quality, and things that will grow with my baby. And if they’re on the more affordable side, even better.

The newly launched Graco Presti 3 in 1 high chair certainly ticks all those boxes.

Graco is a well known brand in the baby industry, famous for their quality products and affordable prices. And this new launch is no different. For something so versatile, I’d have expected a higher price point, but in true Graco style, the Presti is super affordable with an RRP of just £60. When you consider that it’s designed to grow with your child from 6 months to 6 years (approx) the value for money aspect is phenomenal. Not many systems will take your little one from baby, to toddler, to young child. The fact that you don’t have to keep buying new items as your child grows out of them will surely be appealing to those who are focused on sustainability.

As well as being functional (I’ll dive into those details in a moment) it’s also stylish and aesthetically pleasing.

On the Graco website, the Presti comes in three colours; Duck egg, Dusty Rose and Steeple Grey) meaning you’ll be able to find one to suit your taste/decor. Argos have an exclusive charcoal version too. These colours next to the faux wood detailing make it look so modern and sleek. No more ugly, white, plastic chunky high chairs for us!

It isn’t just style over substance though. The highchair offers 3 different modes, these allow you to keep on using it as your child grows and develops.

The high chair and low chair are suitable for use from 6 months right up to 3 years (or 15k) great for family meals and snack times.

It is super light weight which really helped during set up. It’s not big or bulky and didn’t need loads of construction. Since having my baby, my back has never quite been the same – so lifting anything heavy is a no no for me. The lightness of it also makes folding it down and storing it when not in use super easy too. It is quite compact when folded which is great for those of us who don’t have much space. To fold, you simply use the fold button under the seat which will fold the legs inwards ready for storage – again, everything about this item is easy and quick, something us parents are always grateful of!

We have used ours in the kitchen at meal times – but we’ve also moved it to the living room for snack times, again the fact it’s lightweight has been a god send when moving it around.

The highchair continues to shows its versatility with adjustable trays and foot rests, ensuring practicality, safety and comfort for your precious little one.

What makes this even more appealing is the fact that the tray inserts are dishwasher safe. The seat pads are machine washable, meaning the whole set up is easy to keep clean and sanitised – us parents love things that make our lives easier, and these points certainly do!

As well as the cleanliness factor, safety is also at the forefront of the Presti. The feet have non slip pads ensuring stability, as well as helping to protect your floor.

A 3 point harness and anti slip seat pad work together to ensure your baby is safe, supported and comfortable in the seat.

Once your child hits 3, you can then convert it into a stool which can be used at your family table (or any other table!) We aren’t at that stage yet, but from what I’ve seen of the Presti so far, I’d be confident in saying that it will be comfortable and safe for your little one. I would imagine that as well meal times, it would come in useful for other things such as doing arts and crafts! This mode will then see your child through to age 6 (or 27.3kg)

It’s really simple to transform the highchair through all its different stages; it’s a simple case of just removing certain sections/harnesses – the manual is well laid out and easy to follow so adapting it won’t be an issue.

To summarise, if you’re looking for a sustainable, convenient, stylish, budget friendly aid for meal times (and more!) then you’d do well to consider Graco’s Presti.
