Vernon Kay heads to Hertfordshire in The Hungry Games

Vernon Kay to host live Game Show, The Hungry Games, at the Moor Mill, Beefeater in Radlett on September 6th, 2014

In celebration of Beefeater’s 40th year, appointed Boss of Beef Vernon Kay will be hosting a unique live game show at the Moor Mill Beefeater restaurant in Radlett, with the public invited to come down to enjoy the festivities.

Taking place on Saturday 6th September from 11am, the exclusive game show dubbed ‘The Hungry Games’, will seeVernon pitting eight families against each other in a number of challenges, such as a ‘Wacky Waiter Relay’ and ‘Blindfold Sundae Challenge’.

Hosted at the Beefeater restaurant on Smug Lane, local Hertfordshire residents are recommended to reserve their places now in order to witness this one-of-a-kind experience whilst enjoying great food from the restaurant.

Families from across the UK have been hand chosen after completing activity packs inside their local Beefeater restaurant, and are competing to win the grand prize of a two-week 5* motorhome holiday from Amber Leisure, while also being presented with additional spending money and The Hungry Games trophy.

Boss of Beef, Vernon Kay said: “Everyone knows I love a good game show! I’M really looking forward to hosting The Hungry Games in Hertfordshire and meeting the contestants and all the local residents that come down for the day.”
