Ty Beanie Boo’s Bingo Game is a picture matching game where you have to match all 9 pictures on your board to win, just as in bingo! The only difference between regular bingo and this game is no numbers are used.
In the box there are 4 pictures boards (so up to 4 people can play), 36 pictures tiles that all feature a different Beanie Boo and an instruction booklet.
After removing the tiles from the card we were ready to play.
Each player takes a picture board. The tiles take represent each board and then shuffled and placed face down in the middle of the table (if only 2 players like me and my 4 year old granddaughter you can each play with 2 boards, otherwise remove the extra board(s) and corresponding tiles). The youngest player starts first. The starting player picks up a tile and shows it to the other player(s), if they have that image on their board they place the tile on their playing board and then it becomes their turn to show a tile to the other player(s). The winner is the first player to fill their board with the matching tiles.
My granddaughter loves this game. It is very easy for her to play by matching the pictures on the tiles to her playing board so is encouraging logical thinking and matching skills all in a fun way. The cardboard playing board and tile pieces are quite thick so should be durable enough for long lasting play, even from heavy handed 4 years olds.
This is an excellent fun game that I would recommend, not just for the children but as a family.
