The Quay House Beefeater
Salford Quays, Manchester

Having been to a Beefeater once before I was really excited when I was given the opportunity to visit and review the Quay House Beefeater in Salford Quays as Beefeater meals are delicious.
We chose a nice sunny Saturday to do the review and found the venue with ease and made use of the spacious car park.
We all commented on how well presented the building was and how clean and tidy looking it was It looked extremely welcoming.
Upon arrival we went inside and were shown upstairs to the restaurant and soon our waitress Roz came along to greet us and take our drinks orders whilst we scoured the enticing looking menu.
Within a few minutes Roz came back with our drinks and offered us some dipping breads to eat whilst we waited for our meals but we all declined and gave Roz our orders.
The interior of the building is breathtaking and set over 2 floor, with the bar downstairs and the restaurant upstairs.
The Quay house also benefits from an outdoor seating area with sublime views of the beautiful yet tranquil Salford Quays. The view from our table upstairs was a real feast for the eyes and kept my daughter entertained watching the boats on the water and the trams going by.
The whole building is light and airy and leaves you feeling very relaxed.
I chose the Smoked Paprika Chicken and bottomless Spicy Chips £8.49, my daughter chose a kids Burger, Chips and Beans meal £4.25.
My daughter noticed that there were Fish Fingers on the menu too and asked for one and Roz said it wouldn't be a problem.
My husband chose the Rack of Ribs with Spicy Chips £12.29 and my brother chose the Chicken Burger and Spicy Chips £8.49.
While we waited for our food my daughter needed the toilet so I took her and found them to be clearly signed and easy to find.
The toilets themselves were very clean and smelt fresh.
Once back at the table our meals were soon with us and we found them all to be presented to a first class standard.
The food was all piping hot and smelt divine and we couldn't wait to get stuck in!
Roz asked if we wanted any sauces and before we knew it she was back with the ketchup my daughter had asked for with her meal.
My Paprika Chicken was delicious and extremely filling, the chicken was cooked to perfection and the coleslaw and salad made the meal even more special.
My husband said the Ribs were 'The Best Ribs he had ever tasted and the sauce was a perfect accompaniment'
My brother was amazed by the size of the burger and said he could really taste the chicken flavour, he was surprised that the burger was in fact a full chicken breast and he enjoyed the meal immensely.
My daughter polished her meal off in no time and for her that is a huge deal as her Autism often means she wastes a lot of food, so the chefs at the Quay House certainly did something right!
After the main courses Roz asked if we would like another drink or dessert, only my daughter had room for pudding and chose the kids Jelly and Ice Cream £1.00 and she devoured it in no time!
As a family with a special needs child we found the Quay House an excellent place to dine and found all of the staff to be fantastic and customer focused.
A huge thumbs up from this happy and full family!
