The Coach House Trafford Centre Review

Reviewed by Brian Grehan

My mum and aunt came over from Ireland to meet the new additions to our family, twins Tom and Jack. We went out for a meal to the Coach House Brewers Fayre at the Trafford Centre.  I found the service to be impeccable but relaxed. One of the service staff recognised me as we had been in before and all of the staff made us feel so welcome. To be recognised as being in previously was a sign of great customer service. Everyone opted for different things from the extensive menu. Our party consisted of 2 children, 3 adults and 2 babies. All of our food and drinks came to under £50 and the children even had desserts within that. I was very impressed by how attentive all the staff were in making sure that all our needs were met. Even the general manager came over and introduced himself to us.

Once we had ordered the food and drinks it came quite quickly considering the amount of people in our party. The main courses were generous in portion size, extremely well presented and cooked.  It tasted even nicer than it looked if that’s possible. Whilst on this occasion the children did not visit the play area, we have been before and it is wonderful, clean and well supervised by friendly members of staff. At just £2 per child for a play it is a bargain and because you can view the play area from the restaurant you can keep an eye on your children whilst enjoying the company of family and friends. On this occasion the adults were so full up that they had no room left for a dessert.

It is the perfect venue for an occasional treat or any special occasion. The buffet theme nights are extremely good value, priced at just £5.99 per person. The premises were immaculately clean, as they always are.
