Adnams Prosecco Spumante Review
Adnams Prosecco Spumante

I was lucky enough to be given a bottle of Adnams Prosecco Spumante from the Veneto region of Italy to try. I am a fan of prosecco and was really looking forward to trying out this bottle out. Lucky for me it was also my birthday so my husband and I cracked it open and had a glass or two each. He doesn’t usually drink wines and champagnes so I wasn’t sure what he would say to a glass of this but he actually really liked it and went for a second glass. I really liked it too.
It was very light and despite saying it was very dry on the bottle it was easy to drink with no bitter after taste. It was a very fresh, palatable taste which I would definitely drink again. I am no drink connoisseur but it did have a gentle fruity aroma.
This drink would be great at a party, a summer BBQ or pretty much time as it is very light. I think it would be nice to use in a cocktail too, Peach Bellini mmmmm!
The bottle itself retails at £9.99 which I think given the taste is very reasonable. I just hope it is readily available as I for one would definitely buy this.
ABV 11%, sparking wine.
RRP: £9.99 per bottle (75cl)
