The word “ageless” appealed to me having reached a significant birthday and noticed to my disgust that my skin is no longer as tight as it used to be. The fact that the Good Housekeeping Institute approved it says a lot as I have always been impressed with the products they have approved. However, I have always been a sceptic of these creams, after all, how can chemicals cause such a change in one’s appearance in such a short time. I am delighted to review this crème and be able to write what the cream actually does.
The packaging is modern yet ageless. It is silver colour which glimmers with a small amount of lilac that highlights the name PRAI and 7 day results on the front of the square shaped cardboard box and the Good Housekeeping Institute approved 2018 stamp in the top right hand corner. The box opened easily and inside was an attractive circular jar with silver lid with just the logo of PRAI. This looks very smart giving the feeling of luxury and a silver PRAI logo sticker at the side sealing the jar. I read all the instructions and was pleased that the words on the box were easy to read and the instructions simple to follow. The promise on the front was firms, lifts and tones – “how could this possibly work?” I thought to myself.
Before I applied the cream, I looked closely at my skin in the cleavage, neck and throat area. I noticed a few wrinkles at the base of the neck (more than I would like to see), and if I was being honest my neck region particularly below the chin line is a little saggy.
Following the instructions, I put small amounts of the crème on my cleavage and rubbed the crème in with gentle upward stokes on my cleavage and throat as instructed. I applied the crème twice a day first thing in the morning and last thing at night. The scent of the crème is a pleasant light perfume and the crème rubs in very easily. What I did not expect was that my skin immediately felt slightly cool and also tight. After a few days I noticed as I rubbed in the crème there were white bits of skin coming off ( like dandruff), but as I continued, this ceased to be the case. I carried on doing this for the 7 days as I felt it was only fair to do the time stated for achieving the results as I did not believe it would work.
After day five, my husband commented on the neckline saying it looked tauter and firmer. I have now used it for seven days and I see no wrinkles at the base of my neck and my neck is tauter. I am amazed by this as I really doubted it would work and just seeing the improvements in these areas makes me feel younger.
I still have crème in the jar for another 3, if not 4 weeks. The crème ranges in price from £22.99 – £25.00 depending on the retailer, which is very reasonable for what it has achieved and just within my budget so I can afford to buy it regularly. I am pleased to see that the crème has not been tested using animals and it has been certified cruelty free by Leaping Bunny which is achieved only if the company does not use animals in testing of its products. I certainly recommend it and now I am willing try out other products they make.
