Something Special Pick 'n' Match Pairs Game

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! And so did my children. This game sees Justin and the fun Mr Tumble use Makaton; signs and symbols with speech to help children and families communicate and learn within the famous well known pairs card game.
With my eldest two children attending weekly speech therapy for past two years I have a lot of experience in the day to day challenges caused by a breakdown in communication when the understanding if there but the use of speech doesn't come easily. These cards are bright, colourful and simple to understand, even for someone who has never signed. Educational through play not only for children but also for adults. I did think my eldest at 5-years-old would be a little old and easily bored but to my surprise he thoroughly enjoyed learning the signs for each word to show his friends at school. My 3-year-old was not too interested in the signs but this did not stop her enjoyment while playing. Although it is not recommended for children under 3-years due to 'small parts' my 2-year-old too loved the game and because of the simplicity of the card game she was able to play and has helped us to communicate day to day.
All in all fantastic product, highly recommended.
