SEAMS Hand Cream was originally created for seamstresses to help repair the damage caused to their hands from their trade without leaving their hands greasy and risking oil stains on the delicate fabrics they were working on. A lady should have lovely soft and healthy hands, yet mine are anything but that!
I suffer from dermatitis on my hands and during a flare up my hands itch, burn and flake very badly. Because my hands are always on show, it is something I am paranoid of and I have tried every cream, ointment and emollient on the market with little success.
I am not a huge fan of hand creams which leave my hand feeling greasy, so I was delighted to be sent a 75ml tube of SEAMS Hand Cream to review for What’s Good To Do!
The cream arrived in good time and was well packaged and arrived safely. The box containing the tube of cream is a vivid custard yellow colour with the SEAMS logo clear to see. The design if the box is appealing and would make me stop and look at it if I was out shopping. The box also features a needle and thimble design which is very in keeping with the creams history.
SEAMS Hand Cream claims to help moisturise, soften, protect, even skin tone, strengthen, hydrate and comfort hands so with all that in front of me I was looking forward to using the cream.
SEAMS Hand Cream contains Shea Butter, Macadamia Oil and Fragonia Oil, so I knew my hands were in for a real treat!
I use a lot of products containing Shea Butter as I love the scent so I was really hoping this cream would live up to the high expectations the packaging claimed it could do.
The tube itself is white with what I call a ‘pop lid’ and again features the SEAMS logo and needle and thimble design. It also has a full list of ingredients on the back which is great and perfect for allergy sufferers like my daughter.
SEAMS Hand Cream contain a Biomimetic Lipid Complex meaning it moisturised, protects and cares for hands whilst not feeling sticky or oily.
The cream itself smells divine and isn’t overpowering in the slightest. It is very light and massaged into my skin with ease and like SEAMS say it wasn’t greasy or oily at all!
I used the cream twice a day and within 4 days I noticed my usual rough and flaky hands felt and looked more supple and soft. I enjoy using this cream and will continue to stick with SEAMS Hand Cream as it’s the first cream I have used which I enjoy applying to my skin and it’s truly working it’s magic!
With Christmas just a few days away there is still time to order this wonderful cream for your loved ones. They will be over the moon to receive this must have beauty item.
This wonder cream is loved by many including looking after hands backstage at ITV, GMB, X Factor, Dancing On Ice, Netflix, CBS, USA Network.
