R&R Luxury distribute their products in The U.K. and Africa primarily, which is where they source their product ingredients too. Specifically Ghana, thought distribution is throughout Nigeria, The Ivory Coast and South Africa too. The US also have some distribution. Despite its international sales the product line is new to me so I’m happy to give it a try.
For the purposes of review I received an R&R Luxury travel sized set of Serenity Shea Body Oil 100ml, Liquid Black soap 80ml and the Rejuvenate lip butter 10g along with a full sized Revive Shea Body Oil 250ml. The travel kit retails at £20.00 and the full sized product is £15.00.
The travel set comes in a cotton drawstring bag with the R&R Luxury logo. Each bottle is translucent with the pale yellow labels which unite the product range and with the colour differences highlighted as to if they are from the Revive range or Serenity or Rejuvenate in green, white and purple.
On first testing the Revive body oil was difficult to get to. It had just arrived and in our cold early winter the product is not fully liquid. However, it tells you on the bottle that you can immerse it in warm, but not hot, water, to get it running fluidly again. This range is scented with Lemongrass and it smells amazing! The product is made with 100% natural oil, sourced in Africa so the label tells us. It can be used for skin or hair. I put it on my dry arms and elbows and my skin felt supple and smooth after application, as well as smelling really nice. It’s not over powering either. The product sank in well and didn’t leave surface residue.
The Serenity Shea Body Oil is scented with Lavender, Bergamot and Ylang Ylang, perfect for just before bed. It reminds me of the smell of a beauty salon. Once the products had been in my house a couple of days they had returned to a fluid state, so keep this in mind if you purchase them.
The Liquid Black Soap is quite literally what it says on the bottle, it’s a liquid soap in a pump bottle and the product is a dark brownish black.
The label tells us that Black Soap is an ancient African cleansing secret, used for centuries and helps with ageless looking skin. If only! It claims deep cleansing without stripping moisture from the skin.
I tried this three times so far on my face and whilst my skin feels clean it feels tight afterwards, which is probably because it’s a soap base. This might suit other skin types better. Mine is combination. As a body wash it’s a different ball game and my skin felt comfortable and clean afterwards.
The pump dispenser gives a handily measured amount, perfect if you can use it on your face.
The lip butter is a fairly sturdy product which is really good. It smells lovely with Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Bees Wax, Lavender and Peppermint. It’s colourless so pretty good for invisible lip protection, especially throughout winter.
Shea butter products are invariably a boon for those with dry skin and in winter months and to the best of my knowledge there’s no junk mixed in with these products which might irritate eczema for example. Natural is good. The travel sized products mean you could try out a few products before investing in the larger bottles. It could be a nice stocking filler.

Each pump bottle has a locked position and a cap to prevent spills and compression during travel, an added bonus if you are popping the travel kit in your suit case.
I love the scent range and the products do what they promise, helping your skin to feel moisturised and supple, a very practical range.
