On tour now and coming to The Lighthouse, Poole, for one night only is Primary School Bangers with James B Partridge, Britain’s favourite primary school teacher.

I have followed James for a while now on his social media accounts, and I’m excited for a night of nostalgia, throwback tunes and classic bangers that take us right back to our school days.

He started off in the classroom and has now become a nationwide phenomenon – from Glastonbury to sold-out theatres. Expect laugh-out-loud moments, audience participation and songs you never knew you remembered the words to!

What makes Primary School Bangers so appealing is the nostalgia. It’s not just a night of music; it’s a chance to relive those school disco memories, sing along to the tunes we all grew up with and enjoy a proper feel-good night out. Whether you’re a teacher, a parent or simply someone who loves a good throwback tune, this sounds like the perfect excuse to get together with friends and have a brilliant night.

I’m expecting a fantastic atmosphere at The Lighthouse, with plenty of singing, dancing, laughter and maybe a few questionable dance moves! There’s nothing quite like hearing those familiar songs that instantly transport you back in time, and I have a feeling this is going to be one of those nights where everyone leaves with a smile on their face.
