I took my 4 year old son Harry and his 2 friends Blake and Charlie to see Peppa Pig’s Big Splash at the Grove Theatre in Dunstable.

When we arrived it was busy and the air was filled with excitement.

There were as many grown-ups as children. It was well organised with lots of staff. There was a merchandise stand selling lots of Peppa Pig merchandise. The boys got a whirly torch light thing that they loved.

We got drinks and snacks to take in which were reasonably prices and then went to take our fantastic seats in the side stalls. It was a great way to keep an eye on 3 very excited 4 year olds.

The show was brilliant and the children didn't mind that it was puppets and they could see the puppeteers. It was very interactive with songs, actions and lots of jumping up and down in muddy puddles!

After the show finished I asked the boys what they liked about it and here is what they had to say:
Harry – the songs and George pig crying on everyone.
Blake – his new toy torch and the jumping
Charlie – playing catch and the singing and jumping

All 3 want to go again so I give it 5/5.

Rating: 5/5
