Satisfyer Luxury Haute Couture Vibrator Review
We are all always looking for the next gadget or gizmo that can help to make our lives easier or simpler, but what about one that can simply make it more pleasurable? Well, as part of the reviewer team for What’s Good To Do, I have been asked a few times to try out and review the former but I have to say that it was a bit of a shock (and dare I say it, a nice surprise) to be called upon to road test the latter!
The Haute Couture is a truly luxurious vibrator which forms part of Satisfyer’s new Luxury range (it is joined in the range by its non-identical twin, the Pret a Porter, and its big sister, the High Fashion), and it really isn’t just any old vibrator! It is made from ultra-soft medical grade silicone, real black leather and has precious metal contrasting edging. It comes packaged in a beautiful black and gold box, which is completely in keeping with the luxury theme of the range. Fortunately, all of this beautiful packaging is completely hidden from the postman, and it arrived very discreetly packed with no hint whatsoever about the sender or the contents of the packaging!
Before trying it out, the Haute Couture needed charging. Yes – charging! No underpowered pound shop batteries that might run out at the crucial moment for this little beauty! The device is charged via the USB cable that is supplied in the box. I particularly liked the charging design, as it doesn’t plug into the toy, it is connected with powerful magnets, making it waterproof to IPX7 standards, so you can even take your new friend with you into the bathroom to make bath time more fun!
The soft silicone really does feel soft and luxurious, which is exactly what is needed when you bear in mind that it comes into such close contact with the most sensitive parts of your body. The controls are situated in a perfect place, are a good size and very simple to use so even when you’re more than a little bit distracted you can get the settings just right and really enjoy your luxurious alone (or couple) time.
The eleven different intensity settings can either launch you to into orbit on a high-powered rocket or take you to the same destination more slowly via the scenic route – the choice is entirely yours! And because of the design of the product and the silicone ring at the “business end”, you can either go for full-on contact more non-direct stimulation – the possibilities really are endless! It is also incredibly quiet, irrespective of the power setting you have selected, no-one need know what you’re up to! It also comes complete with a similarly luxurious feeling black velvet pouch, so you can keep it discreetly in your bedside drawer or even take it away with you for a decadent weekend of couple time.
I think it would be putting it mildly to say that both me and my partner have enjoyed ourselves putting the Satisfyer Haute Couture to the test. It has been one of those occasions where a touch of luxury has been well worth it! I know that they’re expensive but when you consider just how good it can make you feel, you could even say that it was an investment in yourself!
