This product is made in Suffolk by a family run business who aim to produce high quality products. They have also supported local communities and causes and continue to do so.

The smell is of this coconut scrub is amazing and the poppy seeds provide the exfoliating properties to use of the skin. The sugar helps to smooth and renew skin and the coconut and cocoa bean butter provides the moisturising property.
The directions for use say to massage onto dry or damp skin using circular movements, then rinse away before drying the skin.

The packaging is quite subtle and gives all information about the ingredients and usage. The tub has a screw top lid plus an additional layer to keep the product moist. When you open the lid the scent is amazing. The packaging and the tub are all recyclable – very important in the current climate and shows the company’s commitment to being an eco company.

I used this product in the shower this morning and wasn’t sure whether to use my sponge or my hands. The product is quite thick, so I tried it with both. It didn’t seem to stay on my hands very well, but the sponge was good to massage it into my skin. The scrub felt lovely on my skin and the smell was beautiful – made me think of tropical holidays relaxing in the sun. I could feel the poppy seeds exfoliating my skin as I massaged it in – great for getting rid of dead skin cells and encouraging skin renewal. After my shower my skin felt really soft and smooth, very hydrated and definitely not greasy. A few hours later my skin still feels great. As a 100% natural product I feel that it would be great for anyone who has eczema or other skin complaints.

This product retails at between £20 and £25 for the 175g tub – quite expensive but I think it would last a long time and could be used as a treat for your skin, maybe once a week rather than every day.

It would make a lovely Christmas present for a friend or relative who likes the finer things in life. It is really good to know that the British company are passionate about natural products using sustainable, organic ingredients.
I would definitely use it again and would buy for family members.
