Taking place on 5th, 6th and 7th July at Easton Park Farm in the Idyllic Suffolk countryside, the UK’s number 1 Americana/Roots Festival – Maverick Festival which made The Times top 50 UK festivals list, presents an array of world class musical talent, comedy, dance, film & workshops and show-cases more than forty international artists across FIVE stages, indoors and out.
The Maverick Festival, has a spacious camp site, bell tent meadow and tipi village, alongside a carefully selected range of delicious food stands catering to meat-eaters and vegetarians alike with pizza, paella & pasta, Mexican chili, duck pancakes & crepes, hog-roast and hand-made hamburgers, cupcakes & gourmet milk shakes, all washed down with freshly squeezed lemonade & freshly ground coffee, local Suffolk cider and a selection of award-winning regional ales, wine & lager will also be on offer.
This year the Maverick festival celebrates its sixth birthday with a stellar lineup including some of Canada‘s finest roots musicians, THE GOOD LOVELIES, OLD MAN LUDECEKE and LEEROY STAGGER, sun-soaked country rockers from California I SEE HAWKS IN LA, the Nashville outlaw PHIL LEE, the UK‘s best and brightest DANNY GEORGE WILSON, THE CARRIVICK SISTERS and HATFUL OF RAIN, plus with his unique, Pythonesque take on Americana, Suffolk‘s very own NEIL INNES.
