L.A.B.2 I’m Turning Pro Brush Kit Review

I was asked to review the L.A.B.2 I’m Turning Pro Brush Kit.
This arrived and was packaged in a clear display box which meant that I could see the contents with ease.
On the back of the packaging there is instructions for the use of each brush, information and tips for application and a face chart to show how and where to apply product with which brush to enable you to achieve different results. I found this helpful and informative.
Once opened I found that the box included 4 brushes made up of a foundation brush, an eyeshadow brush, a contour brush and a buffing brush.
The brushes felt nice to hold, they looked good and were clearly marked on the handle so that I knew which brush to use to apply the correct product and I didn’t have to think about which one to use.
The foundation brush which is a flat wasn’t my favourite brush as I haven’t used a flat foundation brush before however it applied my product adequately. I preferred the buffing brush which I used as a foundation brush and it blended my colour smoothly and flawlessly ensuring there was no makeup lines. The angled contour brush enabled me to shade and highlight precisely , it was a little smaller than I’m used to but did the job well and the eyshadow brush as with all the brushes was soft and applied the colour to my eyes adding definition and even colour.
They all picked up and held the product reasonably well meaning my application was easy and gave me a professional finish which lasted throughout the day.
Overall I quite liked this brush set, it did what it was supposed to do, looked good and felt nice. It would make a very nice present or just for someone looking to purchase a decent quality brush set.
