Hampers.com Mothers Day Luxury Rosé Hamper Review

My mum is an amazing mum and nanny and I wanted to do something special for her this Mother’s Day.  I was therefore delighted to have the opportunity of reviewing a Mother’s Day Luxury Rosé Hamper from Hampers.com which I decided to gift to my mum as an early Mother’s day treat.

There was a fantastic selection of hampers to choose from.  My mum loves rosé wine and so that really helped me make my decision.   I thought the website looked great as well as being clear, informative and easy to navigate. 

The hamper arrived quickly in perfect condition.  It was well packaged and the presentation was excellent.  The wicker basket is a really good size, is fantastic quality and can be re-purposed as stylish storage.   Inside the hamper was a good sized bottle of wine, some Belgium chocolates, some macaroons, some Love Cocoa chocolate and some clotted fudge. 

A family member tried the Love Cocoa strawberry champagne chocolate because it wasn’t something that my mum would eat.  It tasted so yummy.   The packaging looked so appealing and luxurious. I think that the size of the chocolate bar was just right.   The wine was in a really attractive looking bottle.   My mum did enjoy drinking the wine.  Usually her preference is something sweeter and she does think that somebody who likes a dry wine would love it.  The bottle has a glass stopper instead of a cork or screw top.   The macaroons came in 3 different flavours.  My mum’s favourite is chocolate and so she devoured the chocolate flavour ones, leaving the two other flavours for other family members.   The Belgian chocolates went down well.  There was a good selection of chocolates and they tasted divine.  As with the other products, the presentation of the Belgium chocolates was excellent.   My mum did say that because she is fussy when it comes to chocolates, she could have done with a list of the different chocolates included.   My mum loved the clotted fudge so much and said that plenty of fudge was included.  She said that another time she would cut the fudge pieces into two.

This hamper exceeded my expectations.  I am so happy with it.  It is something which I would love to receive myself.  It would be such a yummy, luxurious treat.  I think that the price of £57 represents good value for money because of the quantity and quality of the items included and the fact that you can re-purpose the wicker basket as lovely looking storage. 

This hamper made a perfect Mother’s Day treat for my mum and I think really brightened up her day when she received it.  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product and Hampers.com on the whole to others.  I think that some of the other hampers would make a wonderful gift idea for a birthday, Christmas, retirement, Easter, Father’s Day or Just because.
