I love the company Green People, so was very excited to be sent this gorgeous age defying gift set, Glam and Glow. I am a peri menopausal 38 year old and of course my skin is very important to me. With so many products on the market it would cost a small fortune to try them all so I try to stick with plant based, vegan and eco friendly products, which of course this company produce. They are also 100% cruelty free and use organic ingredients, a huge plus for me. I used the products over five days so that I got a really good feel for them.

This set comes in a beautiful and simple white gift box with sketches of bilberries, gold lettering, and inside tissue paper and three products in white boxes. This anti aging kit has three steps, with the aim to help you feel glamorous and glowing before a party or celebration. Although it is marketed as the perfect party prep kit, it can be used as part of your daily routine to help give your skin what it needs to be healthy and glowing all the time. They’re free from alcohols and from gluten.
Inside the kit are:

The AHA Radiance Peel Mask, a 30ml bottle, which contains Bilberry and Cranberry for gentle exfoliation, hydration and helping skin to look glowing and radiant. I loved the smell of this, (it actually tastes nice too as I accidentally got it on my lips). It smooths over skin really easily and then after ten to fifteen minutes simply rinse off! It gently warmed my skin whilst on and after I had cleaned and dried my face, my skin was so soft.

A Collagen Boost Vitamin C Serum, in a 30ml bottle. Enriched with Hyaluronic acid and Bakuchi.
I added this into my daily routine right away in place of my usual serum. Instantly I felt much fresher and my skin looked brighter. It was like stepping out into Spring air and really woke me up. The smell is amazing! It helped me to feel a little more positive and I could smell it for a good couple of hours later. A tiny bit is all you need, it sinks in quickly and spreads really well. It is packed with Vitamin C and Hyaluronic acid (which your body naturally moves to skin cells but as we age, our skin contains less naturally occurring hyaluronic acid. By adding this, it helps our skin to retain more moisture, thus hydrating our skin in a natural way). Healthy skin cells are the best way for a natural and youthful look, feeding your skin with this serum can help banish that duller skin which usually appears in winter due to heating and changes in temperature. After only four days, my skin felt amazing and I will be keeping this product as part of my routine going forward.

And Liquid Fold Tanning drops, also 30ml. These are designed to be added to your usual moisturizer to build up a hint of natural glow. I am always wary of tanning products, but this left my skin very subtly highlighted after one application, so I was impressed with this product too!

I have sensitive skin, and can say that none of these products gave me any reaction whatsoever. No dryness, no stinging. Only left it feeling soothed and fresh. It was a fabulous early Christmas treat and I would definitely recommend to anyone who cares about their skin and the planet too! It is a luxury, premium feeling skincare gift which looks and smells a lot more expensive than it is. Plus, it works!

All parts of the packaging can be recycled and they donate 10% of their profits to charity. (Something else I love about the company – they also sell an amazing sun cream I use for my children)

Rating: I give this kit 5 out of 5 stars! Despite the higher price point, the products are very well researched and put together. They feel amazing when on and I do believe they have helped in even just a few days.
