Good Time In Franklin and Sons Craft Gin Christmas Crackers Review

Part of our Christmas treats this year was to experience the sheer luxury of the crafted gin crackers by Franklin & Sons.

We will start at the beginning. The packaging was top quality to avoid and mishaps during delivery. I opened the outer packaging to reveal an exquisite, delightfully decorated box containing six awesome crackers! The crackers were made from high quality white cardboard, decorated with a silver foiled Franklin and Son logo and beautiful artistically drawn shining balls and Christmas tree branches. They were neatly tied with grey ribbon.

From the very minute I took delivery of these beauties, I could not wait to try them. It has to be said that I am a gin lover and always up for try new flavours and mixes. You only live once ! We did however, manage to hold out though until Christmas Day.

This package of Crackers is an excellent gift idea and suitable for anyone over the age of 18. You could every split them and hold out to friends as a Christmas present. There are a lot of gin lovers out there. I know my friends would be delighted to receive one of these. Alternatively, you could give a present to a couple.

Christmas Day had arrived and they looked amazing and an attractive decoration to the table. As my family members sat down, I loved hearing the sounds of delight as they spotted the Crackers. They were impressed and intrigued to see what was inside. They are definitely a statement piece for any table setting.

The time came to pull the Crackers to see what they had inside. Well the Crackers contained a huge range of high quality gins and mixes. It is a great way to try new things and especially things you would never try unless you were lucky enough to be win/be gifted them.

I checked out what was in each Cracker for review purposes, I have listed below.

Masons Tea Edition Gin accompanied with an Original Ginger Ale

Combines Yorkshire Tea with smooth juniper flavours with sharp citrus and warming spice.

Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin accompanied with Natural Indian Tonic Water.

A balance of bright and zesty notes. This one was my favourite.

Rock Rose Premium Scottish Gin accompanied with Natural Indian Tonic Water

This is zesty yet berry full and fresh tasting.

Sipsmith Premium London Dry Gin accompanied with Natural Light Indian Tonic Water

Bold, complex and aromatic

Manchester Gin accompanied with Natural Light Indian Tonic Water

Warming and full of blackberry juiciness

All of the accompanying mixtures were top quality and were great. They came in 50ml small can sizes. All gins were top end hand crafted gins and supplied in 150ml cute bottles.

I will definitely be treating my friends and family to these again in the future when entertaining. They are definitely a talking point. So they will help to break any silence.

I recommend purchasing for any dinner party as they deliver the WOW factor for sure! Your guests will be talking about your dinner party for a good while afterwards.
