Divine Chocolate Advent Calendar

Reviewed by Emma Baker

This fair trade milk chocolate advent calendar has a lovely designed beautiful illustration on the front, and a handy little hook on the back that is simply pushed out so you can hang it up out of the way of little hands.

Also on the back is an informative section on where the chocolate is from and how it is made. There was also a voucher for 'kids go free at local eco-attractions' which you can cut out to use.

I couldn't wait to get into the yummy calendar. I found the numbers a little difficult to see as they were gold and blended into the pictures on the background. But once I found the numbers (I was good and did them in order!!) I was pleasantly surprised that behind each door instead of the usual plain appearance or little Christmas picture there were little little paragraphs telling the Christmas story/nativity, which I really enjoyed reading and really set this calendar apart from the rest.

Each chocolate came in the shape of a love heart and was sealed for freshness behind foil, which was easy to open leaving me able to eat the yummy chocolate.

The chocolate itself was lovely and creamy and left you wanting more.

I would gladly recommend this to everyone.

Rating 4/5 would have been full marks if the numbers were easier to see.
