Christmas Magic by Nora Roberts Review

I am a huge fan of Christmas stories so really looked forward to receiving this book to review.

The first thing I noticed was the eye catching front cover and thought it looked fantastic with its glittered Christmas tree and snow covered house.

I began reading and for some reason couldn’t get into the book so decided to try again a few days later and actually really enjoyed the 2 stories the book contained.

The first story was called All I want for Christmas and was about 6 year old twin boys Zach and Zeke who wish for a mother for Christmas. When a new teacher begins at their school the boys believe their Christmas wish has come true but first they need to work their own magic to get their dad and Miss Davis together which they soon discover isn’t as eat as they hoped. A great short story which will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy.

The second story in the book is called This Magic Moment. The story is longer than the first in this book and features Ryan Swan a young lady who has been hurt so many times in the past, she has turned her emotions off and promises never to trust anyone again. This soon changes when she meets magic man Pierce Atkins a well know stunt and magic performer and they hit it off. Pierce is not afraid of a lot but has issues with his past and uses his stunts and tricks to forget about his old life. With Ryan by his side he feels he can do anything but can he really? Another great little story which was easy to digest.

Personally I preferred the first story but the two are great little reads and will get you in the holiday spirit in no time!
