When I was offered this review I instantly accepted as having worked in London for many years, I know of the Chiswick Moran Hotel.
Walking up to the hotel you are greeted by palm trees and an almost exotic ambiance. The facade is very impressive and overall the look of hotel screams quality.
On entering the lobby and approaching the front desk I was very quickly and efficiently booked in and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I declined the offer of additional help and made my way to my room.
On entering the room you are first hit by the huge amount of natural light in the room from the almost floor to ceiling windows.
The decor is modern and clean. The bed is incredibly comfortable and tea/coffee making facilities are provided. The bathroom is amazing and has separate bath and wall in shower.
When my husband turned up we went to the Napa restaurant for dinner. It was very quiet when we arrived however we had the most wonderful waiter (Victor) who steered us in the right direction for our dinner/dessert choices. The food was of very high quality and in my opinion very good value for money.
The stand out dish of the night had to be the vanilla ice-cream with Pedro Ximenez – again Victor recommended it and it was worth it. Most amazing flavours ever.
After dinner we had a couple of drinks in the very stylish Globe Bar. The Globe Bar is perfect for informal drinks and some dancing.
The next morning after a fantastic night’s sleep we popped down stairs for breakfast. There was a continental breakfast and various cooked food.
I did feel the continental was expensive as there wasn’t a great selection of cereals or pastries but the cooked breakfast which also included the continental was good value and cooked to perfection.
After checkout we paid a visit to Kew Gardens which is a stone’s throw from the hotel.
I would happily give this hotel a 5 star review as we were incredibly well catered for a looked after by the very attentive staff, the location is very convenient for most tourist attractions and has fantastic transport links.
I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again or recommending it to my friends and family.
