This cute little bag charm has more qualities than you might realise, when I first saw it I thought it was just lovely soft toy but there’s much more to it, to start with it’s filled with natural grain and real dried French lavender, lavender is well known for its calming effects and is often used to promote calmness and relaxation, there’s a gentle hint of lavender when you give the charm a little roll or squeeze, the softness and slight weightiness to it gives a sense of security and comfort, there seems to be a general increase in stress and anxiety and these bag charms have a sturdy clip attached and would be so good to clip onto a school bag or rucksack so a child or young adult could discreetly reach for them at times when they needed a bit of reassurance or need to focus their mind, the other thing it’s good for is cleaning the screen of your phone or tablet the special microfibre it’s made from does an excellent job I’d buy one just for this feature alone.
My warmies bag charm is “Boba” a little cup of bubble tea with a straw peeping out on the top but there are ten other little characters available on the warmies web site including a sloth, elephant and avocado priced at just £9.99 they make a lovely stocking filler or small gift. Unlike other warmies products these cannot be heated in the microwave.
All warmies are designed to bring comfort to everyone in everyday life, they have a great range of products on their web site, there’s a lovely range of larger plush teddies some of them larger versions of the bag charms, the most popular ones feature in the sites “classic top 20 soft toy collection” all weighted and filled with French lavender, in their wellness section they offer a selection of slippers/boots, neck wraps and bed bottles again filled with French lavender and just like the larger teddies they can be warmed up in the microwave, these sound lovely for snuggling up to in the winter months.
Don’t just think about children there’s probably something for most of the people on your gift list on this web site, how about a warmies football or rugby ball for the difficult to buy for men in your life? ,I think my sister who has Alzheimer’s and now lives in a home would love to have one of these to help comfort and calm her.
Delivery is free on orders over £45 and if you sign up to join the “cosy club” you will get 10% off your first order.
Warmies have received many accolades over the years most recently being highly commended in “gift of the year 2024. In addition to their web site they are also sold in major retailers including Hamleys, Tesco and Boots.
