A design for every story
capture your memories on a personalised print
When it comes to buying gifts, be it a present for a birthday, wedding, anniversary, Christmas or Father’s Day (18 June 2017), I love to shop around for something that little bit different that has a personal touch and will really be appreciated (and earn me some brownie points!)
If you’re buying for someone who’s into their music and you too want a present with real meaning, I’ve found a pretty perfect gift. The personalised playlist cassette print by Betsy Benn captures sixteen special song or album titles on a fantastic piece of wall art. Whether it names the albums that tell the story of someone’s teenage years, songs that hold shared special memories, tunes from a memorable holiday or number ones from a specific date, this print offers you the chance to capture and display words that showcase a completely unique musical story and promote plenty of reminiscing.
I ordered a print for my other half who has recently had to sell his beloved records and CDs to make way for baby number two. There’s no longer room for his music in physical form but this personalised present hanging above his home office desk serves as a happy reminder of some of the albums that started his music collection. It’s softened the blow. He loves it!
The black and white print will fit in with any colour scheme and the handwritten font adds to the personalised feel of the piece. There’s also space to add a title so the picture becomes completely unique to its owner.
The artwork is certainly of high quality, created by experienced, award-winning graphic designers and printed on made-to-last, museum grade paper. The print can be ordered framed or unframed. Ours is an A3 print in a simple yet stunning white, handmade, wooden frame. You can choose a larger A2 picture and there’s a black option when it comes to the frame. The frame really sets off the print so unless you’re looking for something really specific to match the decor, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t let Betsy Benn make life a little easier and have them frame the artwork for you. If you’re buying for someone else, you may choose to let them frame it for themselves. In this instance, the print will arrive carefully packaged in red tissue paper in a strong, protective cardboard tube.
Betsy Benn specialise in personalised prints and unique gifts and really are a one-stop shop for bespoke presents and treats for you and your home. Some of my favourite products (and potential future buys) include framed, metallic quotes, family silhouettes and the favourite places print – all personalised. The website is easy to navigate and the personalisation and ordering of products is straight forward. I love that you can shop and refine your search by occasion, person, room and price.
Betsy Benn have summed up their service perfectly with the tagline ‘A design for every story’ – their products allow you to capture memories and display them in an intriguing, creative and eye-catching format that serve as beautiful reminders of things close to your heart. The website offers a huge array of thoughtful gifts. The challenge when buying for someone else, will be resisting the temptation to add something to your basket for yourself. I say, give in and treat yourself, immortalise your memories.
