Loaded SPAMBURGER®

Ingredients
1x 200g tub or can of SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham, thickly sliced and grilled until golden brown
1 x extra-large Burger bun
1 Beef tomato – thickly sliced
1 x slice cheddar cheese
Extra-large Gherkins – sliced
1 x red onion – finely sliced and fried in a little oil
3/4 onion rings – shallow fried
1 x tablespoon coleslaw
2/3 lettuce leaves

Layer 1: Lettuce leaves
Layer 2: Sliced tomatoes
Layer 3: Sliced and grilled SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham
Layer 4: Sliced cheese
Layer 5: Coleslaw
Layer 6: Onion rings
