Arthr U Shaped Support Pillow Review

I can have trouble getting comfortable in bed due to chronic pain and this can affect how long I sleep as well as the quality of my sleep.  In a morning I can still be tired and in need of more sleep but being uncomfortable can prevent me from getting any further sleep.  I was therefore delighted to have the opportunity of reviewing the Arthr U Shaped Support Pillow. 

I love practical items.   The product arrived quickly, well packaged and therefore in perfect condition.  I couldn’t wait to try it out.  The support pillow is a U shape.  The support pillow has a soft cover which can be removed by unzipping it. The cover can then be put back on the pillow after washing and zipped back into place. 

When I looked at the information about the item on the Arthr website, I was pleased to read that the support pillow can be used both in bed and on the sofa.  I like that it has support at both sides.  I have used this to rest my head on as well as the other way up to rest my feet on.  When using it to support the top half of my body, I found the top of the support pillow very comfortable to lean my head on.   Because I was able to snuggle up leaning on both sides of the support pillow, I definitely felt more cosy and comfortable in bed.  I think that the support pillow would be great for when sleeping but also for times when you are chilling out in bed reading a book, using electronic devices or watching TV.   I also found the support pillow useful when used the other way up for my lower body.  It was great to lean my legs on. 

I was glad to see that the product is is ergonomically designed, made in the UK and has a 2 year guarantee.   The Arthr website states the following “support for a large range of problems and general comfort.”  I would agree that the support pillow helped me feel more comfortable.  The Arthr website also mentions that the support pillow can be used to separate your legs and keep your hips aligned.

I decided to have a look at the Arthr website. I was so pleased to read that Arthr is a social venture which has a mission to “improve every day living for people with arthritis. ”  I particularly like the look of the Arthr Long Hot Water Bottle With Luxury Fleece Cover RRP £35.00 which we recently reviewed here.  Another item I quite fancy is the Arthr Car Door Mate RRP £24.99. 

I would recommend the Arthr U Shaped Support Pillow to others as well as the Arthr website generally. I think that this product would make a great Father’s Day or Just Because gift idea.   I think that this product is good value and should last for years due to being such good quality.  I liked that Arthr offers free standard delivery on orders of £50.00 and over.  They have a lovely stories section on their website.
