Accessorize LoveLily Eau De Parfum Spray Review

Reviewed by Linda Pickford
I was delighted to receive a bottle of Accessorize LoveLily Eau De Parfum Spray to try. With much anticipation I opened the appealing bright fuchsia pink box. I was not disappointed. Inside, the bottle was in the shape of a hexagon with a beautiful cap in the same pattern. Enclosed in the cap was a layered pink flower which reminded me of water lilies floating on a pond. The spray mechanism was also coloured pink which gave the appearance of a stem to the lily in the cap. A very clever design. A pretty bottle to leave on your dressing table to admire daily.
This perfume was launched at the end of 2016 I understand but I must admit I hadn’t been aware of it before. I do tend to stick to my old tried and tested favourite. I like a flowery scent so was pleased that its base was Musk and Sweet Vanilla with Lily of the Valley and Jasmine. It also has a hint of raspberry, orange and bergamot. At first, I thought it was too strongly sweet but once it warmed on my skin a lovely light floral note took over. It is not overwhelming just very pleasing. Small sprays are all that is necessary for daytime wear with perhaps a top up if going out again in the evening.
Spring I am told is on its way and I feel that this Lovelily spray would be an ideal choice for future warm sunny days. In particular, a great choice for your mum on Mother’s Day.
