Sylvanian Families Hot Dog Van Review

Sylvanian Families have added a Hot Dog Van to their collection of playsets and with both boys loving vehicles (3 year old twins) they love playing with this.

On opening the box some assembly is required, the serving counter, awning, advertising sign all need to be added to the van (these just slot into place) and stickers to be stuck on.

The hot dog van comes with a number of assembled hot dogs, hot dog buns, hot dog sausages, pretzels, waffles, drinks, sauces, tongs, apron, visor, menu, napkins, cardboard trays and a story book. The only thing not supplied is a Syvlanian Families figure.

The van measures approx. 28x16x18cm and is a bright yellow and is quite detailed inside and out.

Overall, this is a good quality vehicle but the lack of a figure with the set limits the playability of the toy unless you already own some Sylvanian Families figures of other figures that will work along with the van.

A good quality playset that is great for imaginative play but the lack of an included figure I feel lets it down (figures cost from £4.99 for an individual figure or £16.99 for a family from the Sylvanian Families website).
