Little Tikes Stroll ‘n Go Review
Little Tikes Stroll ‘n Go

I received the Little Tikes Stroll ‘n Go today with much anticipation! It came packaged in one long box and inside was the pram unit, 4 wheels rain cover and the pram hood.
The instructions were adequate and simple with picture diagrams and I started attaching the wheels. The front two caused a complete confusion as they had plastic stoppers on the pram legs which I didn’t read or realise that you had to remove first! Once they were off, it was simply seconds to assemble! The wheels click into place and the pram hood clips on and Velcro branded flaps fold over.
The stroller unfolds with a foot plate which you push and it clips into place with complete ease, there is no complicated multi-step folding process like my travel system. The stroller is very sturdy when up, I have to lift down my front steps and there was no buckling or bending anywhere when lifted. Folding down is just as simple, you just tap the foot plate up and press down on another on the side and it’s down, you can down with one hand and no force needed to collapse it.
The folding size is very small which is great for me with a mini and it’s lovely and light leaving me with no struggles when alone and doing everything one handed! The shopping net underneath is attached so no need to remove this or the good when folding which is useful. The brakes are a simple foot plate near the wheels and are effective and sturdy.
The seat unit is generously padded and looks very comfy and little one secured by a 5 point harness, as a new mum, I had no problem strapping my little one in safely and securely. The pram is for use from born and my 3 month old looked very happy in it!
The foot rest rotates downwards when the child is a little bigger by a simple lever manoeuvre underneath and there is a foot rest lower down for when their toes can reach!
The back reclines down to almost lying down and you pull straps at the back and tighten a clasp to hold it in place which I haven’t seen before but it seems to work well and allows a customs recline rather than set positions.
My daughter sat in the seat in just her ski suit and looks nice and comfy, the hood was pulled over her, there is no peep hole, but when it’s pulled back, you have full view of the child which I liked. The back of the hood had a useful pocket for phone or keys, I always appreciate more storage! The raincover folds to a tiny size and can easily be stored under the pram.
The foam handles are comfy to hold and a perfect height for me at 171cm, I didn’t see anywhere to change the length. The wheels swivel and the stroller is so easy to manoeuvre, I was travelling down a gravelly footpath and I could rotate side to side and push with one hand easily, in fact we snaked down the path most of the way because I was so impressed!
I had a drinks holder which came separately and attaches by Velcro to the side of the stroller, inside it has flexible clasps and my coffee flask fit in perfectly with the clasps adjusting to its size and holding tightly. This is a great addition and will be tempting me to fill it when shopping with a nice coffee! I’ve never had a drinks holder on my travel system, but this would transfer if needed too.
The most important thing to me with a stroller is the appearance and ease of using, the material is hard wearing and comes in a tan colour, if there was a more girly colour, I may have picked that, but it’s perfectly unisex. The only two minor adjustments that I could think of were something more obvious to remove than the plastic cover that were causing confusion with me attaching the front wheels as the covers looked like part of the pram. The other would be a mesh to see through the hood to see what she is up to!
I am thrilled to bits with the stroller and with all the adjustable sections, will be thoroughly used over the next few years! I am now inspired to go on so many more walks with my daughter because of how easy it is to use and put away.
I was kindly sent a Little Tikes Cozy Coupe harness backpack with the stroller which is gorgeous in lovely bright colours and a cartoon face on the back. Suitable 6 months to 4 years. All wipeable for keeping clean and a harnessed with a swivel clasp so it doesn’t get stuck. It has one good sized pocket with a little mesh one on the side for a small drink or pencil case. It’s so cute and nothing to not like!
