As an aromatherapist, I love working with essential oils, creating my own blends and discovering what works best, and I must admit I have never ventured into making or using oils that are taken orally. So when I heard about this product, I was very intrigued.

I wanted to do a bit of research into the company and the product, as I had never heard of them before. It was fascinating and I really enjoyed learning about the brand and their philosophy. You can learn more by visiting the following link: https://www.avogel.co.uk/avogel-world/our-philosophy/

The packaging and bottle both have a lovely natural, free-spirited feel to them. The size makes it ideal when you are on the go and it stores easily in a bag, the glove compartment of your car, or even in your hand luggage, making it perfect for anyone who feels nervous about flying.

It is also great as it doesn’t involve taking tablets, just a few sprays and that’s it. Again, perfect for when you’re on the go and not having to carry around a bottle of water for when taking tablets.

Having tried other products, this product stands out by far. Others have left a nasty or bitter taste, whereas this product has a lovely vanilla and aniseed flavour to it, aniseed is one of my favourites so I was in heaven.

I love the fact that the company has used stevia as the sweetener. It’s natural unlike many artificial sweeteners. Stevia is a very strong sweetener and used correctly, is by far the best I’ve tried and it works exceptionally well in this spray. It’s not overly sweet and it doesn’t leave an unpleasant sweetener aftertaste.

The mist is very light, and distributes the product perfectly, so light that you are not left with a strong taste in your mouth.

Overall, it leaves your mouth feeling fresh and clean.

This is a lovely, gentle product with subtle effects. The company suggests using it no more than 4 times a day but the most I used it was 3 times a day. My main use was during meetings, which I often find stressful, especially when I have to address a number of people. I get very anxious but this product really helped me, far more than I expected it to. I felt calm and relaxed, so much so that I now use it when driving, another situation I find stressful given how busy our roads have become, especially at busy times such as the school run or rush-hour traffic.

My husband struggles with insomnia, so I asked him to try it, not sure if it’s mind over matter or the product is really this good but he’s had some of the best nights’ sleep whilst using this. He’s woken up feeling more refreshed and more positive. He’s only been using it for five nights and it’s amazing how effective it’s been for him.

Over-all, I’m really impressed and it would also work perfectly as a thoughtful gift or even for Mother’s Day, especially if they struggle with nervousness, anxiety or sleep.

A great product for when you’re feeling nervous or anxious. Just wish they’d offer larger sizes where you can then decant it into the smaller bottle. It’s really that good.
