I absolutely LOVE Lush products so was really excited to get the opportunity to review one I haven’t used before.
In true Lush style I could smell the herbal lemon scent before I had even opened the package.
Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter comes in the typical black Lush jar and it has some instruction on how to use the product as well as the full list of ingredients at the back. There is also an illustration of the lovely lady who made my product (these always intrigue me so much for some reason!). One jar of Lemony Flutter contains 50g/1.5oz, which is more than enough to last a year before it expires, as it really is a case of a little bit goes a long way.
I had read great things about this luscious butter and wanted to try it for myself! The butter itself is really rich and thick and I made the mistake of using too much the first time I tried it. Meaning I had no choice but to attempt to rub it into the rest of my hands – big mistake! It is far too thick and oily for this! However, once I began using it correctly I noticed a massive difference within just a few days.
Despite this being a cuticle butter I have found other uses for it too – with great results! I have been using a dab on patches of troublesome dry skin on my elbows and after a bit of research myself started using it as part of my daily foot care routine too. It works wonders on dry skin around the heels and would recommend it to anyone looking to get their feet in shape for summer sandals!
The product has so many fantastic beneficial ingredients in it such as cold-pressed avocado oil, Shea butter, mango butter and beeswax and the scent it leaves on your skin is fresh and zingy.
A fabulous multi-purpose product that I would recommend anyone – men and women – to buy and include in their daily skin care routines!
