I could not wait to try this out and personalise. It was going to be my angel baby grandsons 1st Birthday over Easter and what better way to remember him than having a personalised bunny.
The bunny is super soft and the top that comes with it that you personalise is so lovely, cute and adorable, tiny too, making it even more cute.
The top you personalise is not attached to the soft toy when it arrives but it is very easy to put on. Once on, it sits very well, not too big, nor is it too tight (I sound like goldilocks) lol…. It was just right and looks adorable.
Once I I got sent the link, I could not wait to get started on the personalisation. I was astounded at just how much there was available to personalise. It was not just about uploading a picture and that was it. The concept of personalising also allowed you to design as well.
Here are the steps to personalising and designing (there is an option to download the software which I did not do); I just designed it from on the website.
1. Click on ‘Photo and upload your chosen photo
2. Once you have uploaded your photo, click on it and it will add it to your design where you can adjust the size
You can then choose the following:-
2.1 Masks
2.2 Frames
2.3 Filters
2.4 Shadows
2.5 Coloured borders
2.6 Corners
2.7 You are even able to adjust the settings on the photo, such as brightness, contrast, saturation and blur
3. You then click on ‘Text’ and then click on ‘NEW TEXT BOX’
3.1 From there, you can select font style, size, colour, bold, italic, colour and you can even choose a background colour for your text
4. Clipart – This was fun and there is so much of It, 50 categories to be precise and with so many choose from in each category, you will have fun
4.1 You can select from a list within the Trends section OR
4.2 Search of a clip art but clicking on the magnify glass OR
4.2 Click on the downward arrow next to where it say 150 and select from a category
4.3 Chose your clipart which is then automatically added to your design. A box comes up giving you options to move it around/adjust etc.
5. Backgrounds to your design are available too
5.1 Click on ‘Background’ where you have the same options as Clipart in number 4. above.

Sat down is approximately 15cm
Standing up is approximately 30cm
GOOD TO KNOW
There are 3 soft toys to choose from:-
1. Teddy Bear
2. Bunny
3. Reindeer
WASHING YOUR SOFT TOY
You can put it in the washing machine on a low temperature at 30 degrees, however, it does not say anything about how to wash the top that comes with the toy that you personalise. I did not want to risk putting it in the machine, so I hand washed it. Both came up lovely and the soft toy was super fluffy.
PRICE AND WHERE TO BUY
At the time of typing my review, I found this to be an amazing price of just £11.99 (excludes delivery which is £2.45). For an additional £2.50, you can get Express Delivery.
*POSTAL DELIVERY TIMES
My review was typed up on Monday 18th April and the expected delivery times for both standard and express were below:-
Standard Delivery Expected delivery 10 – 15 days
Express Delivery Expected delivery 9-10 days
I ordered mine on 5th April 2022 on standard delivery and it arrived 16th April 2022, so it took 11 days from date of order to delivery date.
*I would suggest to anything wanting to purchase one, to order in advance to allow for the time frames on delivery as so not to be disappointed.
Once ordered, I received my e-mail confirmation with estimated delivery time. 10 days later, received another mail saying that my order had been dispatched and also within the email, I could click on a button to track my order. All-in-all, the customer service from point of order to delivery was amazing and suffice to say, of a very high standard.
