The Wahl Mini Massage Gun arrived very quickly in a small package.  To be honest I was really surprised that it was the Wahl Mini Massage Gun in the package as for some reason I hadn’t expected it to be quite so small and compact.

Inside the box was a small zipped black case with a handle to carry it around with.  Very handy!!  I was curious about the size so decided to measure and weigh the zipped case.  Approximately 640 grams and 20cm x 18cm according to my kitchen scale and tape measure.  Impressive!!

Inside the zipped case was the Wahl Mini Massage Gun with the Flat Head attached.  There were three other massage heads in their own special moulded space inside the case, together with a USB Type C charging cable and an instruction booklet which was in a mesh pocket on the lid of the case.

There are clear safeguarding instructions as to where on the body this Wahl Mini Massage Gun should be used as well as age guidance and instructions not to throw it on a fire or allow it to come into contact with water.  Common sense really!!

The Wahl Mini Massage Gun itself has a very clear LDC Screen and a Multi-function button on the base which serves as both the power switch and speed control.

According to the instruction booklet the different heads which simply push in and pull out to swap them around are intended for the following purposes:

Round Head   Thumps smoothly for deep soothing relief.

Bullet Head     For pinpoint relaxation with strong intensity

Spinal Head    Accurately targets pressure points around the spine.

Flat Head         Designed to target large muscles.

Not quite sure how you would manage to massage your own spine, maybe you need the help of a friend for that one!

For once I read the instructions before going any further and put the Wahl Mini Massager on to charge.  The instructions say the charging time is 200 minutes (I didn’t time it) which should give 200 to 400 minutes operation time.  There is an automatic shut off after 20 minutes.

Whilst I originally thought this would be great for a family member I would love to keep it for myself to massage my aching shoulders and neck and the soles of my feet when I have been out walking the dog.  The instruction book says it can also be used to relax abdominal muscles and relieve tired aching knees.  It sounds fantastic!!

It is very easy to clean as it only needs to be wiped with a soft dry cloth then stored back in the zipped case or storage pouch as Wahl call it which is provided.

I will of course allow the intended family member to have this mini massager as I think her need for it at present is greater than mine.  She often complains her legs and other parts of her body ache after a full day of classes at Uni.  She is now in 3rd year and the classes and rehearsals each day are intense.  She also works part time at weekends and is on her feet a great deal of each day.

When I told her about this Wahl Mini Massager she was excited, especially because it is so small and lightweight that she can easily pop it in her bag and use it between classes. She can’t wait to try it out properly!

So far I have only tried it on my aching legs and shoulders and feet and found it very easy to use and control the speed, I intend to try it more later this evening.  So far the relief from aching muscles is bliss.

It is a fantastically small lightweight Mini Massager which can easily be carried in a large handbag or holdall.
