Do you have a baby/child that’s up and awake with the slightest sign of sunrise? Yes, me too. Now not a problem at home as I’ve tackled that problem with a blackout blind AND blackout curtains (curtains were added this summer when the early morning wake ups got earlier!). Problem solved, well problem solved at home but not for the multiple visits to relatives and on holiday.

The first time someone told me about the Gro Blind to combat this problem I was a bit sceptical that it wouldn’t be thick enough to truly be blackout to the same standard as a regular blackout blind. However it’s made of a quality thick blackout material that does indeed block out all light. Simple to use, just pop out of the convenient travel bag and attach to window with the attached suction cups. Nice and compact so doesn’t take up much room in luggage.

A must if you have an early riser who’s used to sleeping in darkness.
