Experts have recently agreed that swaddling your baby is the best way of calming your baby down and getting them off to sleep. This blanket is excellent for this purpose. As it is in a star shape it is so much easier to wrap around your baby than a conventional blanket.
It is so simple to use and much quicker and easier than a standard blanket and can very easily be adjusted when the baby is moving around. It has spaces for the feet to go into (so acts as a footmuff as well) and then the arms of the star can be wrapped around the baby like a blanket plus the top of the star can be used to keep the baby’s head warm (is not a hood so your baby will not overheat).
This is a great blanket (wrap). It is a babygrow, blanket and footmuff all in one. It has a fleece outer layer lined with soft cotton so will keep your baby warm and secure. It is very easy to use so your baby will be wrapped, secure and warm with seconds. It is available in several designs and colours and for £14.99 is excellent value for money.
I received mine in yellow with a little elephant on it. It is so soft and lined with cotton that it did not irritate my daughter and kept her nice and warm. Because on the sections for her feet to go into she did not keep kicking it off so I spend a lot less time readjusting it. It is great for in her cot, buggy and car seat. There are instructions on how to use on the box and it is machine washable.
I highly recommend this and will be buying another one in a different colour.
