My husband has very sensitive skin and always struggles to find facial products that are kind, gentle and suitable for his skin. He is always wary and cautious of any new product he tries, but was very impressed with this product having only tried it for 3 days at the time of writing this review.
I had never heard of this product before and so I set to work to do some research and was not disappointed,

ABOUT THE SILVER SERUM
This comes in a beautiful silver grey tube, with some orange detail. The contents of the product is 30ml and the content of the front of the tube is very eye catching,
Upon opening the tube and placing some of the serum onto the back of my husbands hand, he said it felt silky smooth and not gloopy or tacky like some he has tried
There is not an over powering smell of perfume which he liked. Unlike other serums he has tried, this is not like thick or sticky. He said he soon realised how brilliant it was. It soaked into his skin and felt really soft. He explained that he did not feel the need to massage it into the skin too much as it soaked in naturally. This is a good thing as serums need time to settle.
He left it a short while and then proceeded to rub over his hand again to see if any residue would come off, none at all. Again, he had that soft and silky feel with no shine or oiliness. The serum soaked into the skin beautifully. He left it on his hand for the rest of the day before placing it onto his face just in case he reacted (the box also suggests doing a patch test). Thankfully he did not react. That same night, he gave his face a good cleanse, tone, exfoliation and mask before applying the serum onto his face. He said his skin instantly felt hydrated and decided that for the first 3 nights, he was not going to put moisturiser on, just to see how his skin coped with a new product. Waking up the next morning, he was delighted that his face had not reacted and felt really soft. The second day and night, he just cleansed and toned before putting the serum on and again. Throughout the day, his skin felt hydrated and moisturised and the next morning, he said his skin felt lovely. It was the third and fourth day and night that he then decided to put moisturisers on too. During these days and the following mornings, his said he felt his skin was looking and feeling amazing. I do have to say it really did brighten up his face and gives him a rejuvenated look.
HOW TO APPLY – *Information Taken From The Companies Website
*Before your moisturiser, apply 2-3 pumps onto cleansed face and neck at night. We suggest building up Retinol use, so start with using 2-3 times per week for a week before moving to daily use. If applying the serum in the morning, we recommend following with a SPF15 to reduce skin sensitivity*.
My husband started off with 1 -2 pumps as instructed on the box. He then built up to 2-3 pumps as recommended on the website.
As a beautician myself, this is the best way to introduce a serum within your facial routine:-

2. Tone
3. *Serum
4. Moisturise
If you have a weekly or twice weekly routine of using an exfoliator and mask, make sure you use these first before applying the serum.
*You only need a tiny amount of the serum, honestly, it is such good product that a little really does go a long way.
