Super-Duper Dudley Review

This charming little tale is about a dog called Dudley and his best friend and fellow dog Bonzo. Dudley is no ordinary dog, he is a bike riding, pool diving, tree climbing kind of dog and loves to show off especially to Bonzo.

One day Bonzo says he wishes he was as awesome as Dudley and Dudley replies ‘Sorry Bonzo, there’s only room for one megastar in this village and that megastar is ME’.

The next day Dudley decides to do an obstacle course and when he finishes it and attempts to show off he realises Bonzo is not there so goes to find him. Dudley and a few of the other villagers find Bonzo at home playing a delightful tune on the piano and when everyone praises Bonzo on his piano playing Dudley gets very jealous and comes up with a plan.

Dudley puts on a one dog show featuring himself and does an array of tricks and to finish his show he attempts to play the piano. Dudley is awful at the piano and he feels very silly. That is until Bonzo steps in to save the day and he plays whilst Dudley performs more tricks and stunts.

The book is a great read and carries an important message to children.

Mums and Dads I urge you to go and find this book as it is funny, colourful and is really fun to read.
