Menier Chocolat Patissier WHITE cooking chocolate came wrapped in a very attractive cream coloured wrapping with the name in big bold, fancy lettering. You would be able to spot it on any shop shelf. The cooking chocolate itself when opened looked very creamy, and snapped easily ready to melt.

When used in baking it melted very easily, and produced a creamy consistency.

The taste was very milky and reminded me of the little white chocolate mice I liked as a kid.

I would recommend this to family and friends and I give this 5/5

Menier Chocolat Patissier DARK is 70% cocoa so was very strong in flavour and left quite a bitter after taste in my mouth when eaten.

My grandchildren and I made cakes with this chocolate and found it broke easily into squares and melted into a luscious velvety gooey chocolate so was easier to combine into my cake mix.

The cakes did not last long as we all went back for second helping. I would rate this 4/5.

Menier Chocolat Patissier MILK this cooking chocolate came wrapped in an attractive paper light blue in colour, with the name in big bold fancy lettering so you would be able to spot it on any shop shelf.

The cooking chocolate it self when unwrapped snapped easily ready to melt and it melted well into a smooth yummy smelling chocolate, when the tastebwas very nice and milky i would recommend this to family and friends and I would rate this 5/5

The packaging was attractive and clear. It was easy to open. The chocolate melted very nicely and spread easily onto the biscuits and cakes. It also mixed in with other ingredients easily when it was melted. All 3 chocolates (dark milk and white) tasted absolutely delicious. There were even arguments over who got to scrape the bowl out! Everybody loved the cakes and biscuits I made with the chocolate and I've been asked to make more, so i will definitely be buying more of the chocolate. I would recommend this chocolate to anyone. I rate it 5/5
