Seven Weeks Of Free Summer Art Exhibitions On The South Bank – Preview

Oxo Tower Wharf’s Bargehouse presents a series of seven free art exhibitions over June and July this year. These are part of New Creatives, our yearly season celebrating graduate and emerging talent in the fields of art, architecture, photography, music and more.

The work of hundreds of artists from across the UK will be showcased by seven different institutions, including universities and art collectives. New Creatives will therefore be home to a huge variety of amazing art which will be shown off by those looking to shape the future of the UK art scene.

Each institution will present their own show with each running consecutively from 6 June to 28 July.

There will be work from a range of artists whether you’re looking for fine art, photography, drawings, 3D pieces or wearable art, you can be sure to find something you love over the course of the season.

All shows are completely free of charge with most running from 10am until 6pm. We also have a couple of later shows which finish at 8pm, as well as multiple weekend dates. With no need for tickets, you can pop in whenever you feel like it.

Our gallery is located at Bargehouse, our raw and atmospheric exhibition space. It sits on London’s prime cultural trail between the Southbank Centre, Hayward Gallery and Tate Modern.
