Namco Station Luton Review

We recently visited Namco Station in Luton (situated in the Galaxy Centre) this October half term school holidays and had a very pleasurable experience.
Our party consisted of 4 (2 adults, 2 children under 10) and upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly, polite, efficient staff and always with a smile. The customer service was outstanding, you could not ask for more.
After being informed of which lane we were bowling in (of which there are 16) we walked through the arcade section to the bowling lanes and all areas were clean and tidy (even during a busy school holiday period). After sitting down one of the bowling lane assistants came over to check we were OK and asked if we needed any help (keeping up the great customer service) and helped change one of the names on the electronic scoreboard. We were even asked if we needed a lighter ball than available on the racks for the smallest child. There are ramps to help the younger children bowl as well as the bumpers.
We bowled for 2 games each (about 1½ hours) which was thoroughly enjoyable, collecting prize tickets along the way (the better you bowl, the more tickets you receive which can be exchanged for prizes). After our bowling was finished we tried out some of the games in the arcade like Nirin – racing motorbikes: to race around the track you lean from side to side just like riding a real bike.
Along with bowling and games in the arcade there are pool tables and Sky Sports in the bar area, so something for everybody. There is even a Wimpy for food.
I would recommend Namco Luton as it provides great fun for all the family, young and old. It is very well laid out and easy to get around. Staff in all areas are very friendly and welcoming and it is great value for money. The kids loved it and we will be back again.

We Went Bowling

On Wednesday 26thOctober I went to the Galaxy in Luton to the Namco Bowling Centre with Mum, Dave and my little cousin Kassie. We had 2 games each it took an hour and a half. Then we got some tokens to go on the games. Nearly every game was £1, each chip was worth 50p. I played 4 games with my tokens. The more you scored bowling, the more tickets you get for a prize. 40 tickets gets you a packet of sweets. To get a good toy you need hundreds of them.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and I would go again.
